Retrofit Intelligence

• Pre-LCI to LCI Conversion: If you are installing these on a 2017–2019 model, it is not a direct swap. You must also change the front bumper and grille because the LCI headlights have a slimmer, more tapered shape.

• Coding Requirements: These lights require SCN Coding via BMW software (Esys/XENTRY) to sync with your vehicle’s VIN. Without coding, the advanced “anti-dazzle” and Laser high-beam functions will not activate.

• Yellow DRL Trend: Many owners replace the white LED modules with Yellow (CSL Style) DRL modules to replicate the limited-edition M5 CS look, which looks particularly aggressive against the Shadowline black housing.
