Bentley Bentayga Chrome Grille
For the Bentley Bentayga (2016–Present), the chrome grille is a defining feature of the vehicle’s “face.” Depending on your model year and specification, you may be looking for the main radiator grille or the lower bumper grilles.
1. Main Radiator Matrix Grille
The central grille is a high-precision component typically finished in Bright Chrome. In later models and the “S” or “Speed” variants, this is often swapped for a dark tint or black, but the chrome remains the classic choice.
-
Part Number (General):
36A853651(Suffixes vary by exact year and adaptive cruise control options). -
Construction: Stainless steel or high-density composite with a multi-stage chrome plating process.
-
Compatibility: * 2016–2020 (Original): Features a more upright, rectangular profile.
-
2021–Present (Facelift): The grille is wider and more integrated into the hood line.
-
2. Lower Bumper Chrome Grilles
The Bentayga often features three lower grilles (Center, Left, and Right) that match the main matrix.
-
Center Lower:
36A807683 -
Outer Left:
36A807681 -
Outer Right:
36A807682 -
Finish: These are available in Full Chrome (Mulliner Spec) or a mix of chrome and body color.
3. Technical & Installation Notes
-
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC): If your Bentayga has the Radar/ACC option, the center lower grille will have a specific cutout or “window” for the sensor. Installing a non-ACC grille on an ACC-equipped car will disable your cruise control and emergency braking systems.
-
Front Camera: Some grilles include a small housing for the front-view camera (part of the 360° Top View system).
-
Maintenance: To prevent “pitting” or “clouding” of the chrome, avoid using harsh acidic wheel cleaners on the front end. A specialized chrome polish used once a year will maintain the mirror-like depth.
