Performance OM606 EDC Injection Pump

Six cylinder OM606 EDC injection pump built with new elements.

6.0 mm Stock (90 cc)

7.0 Mynä (160 cc, best for manual transmission)

7.5 mm Dieselmeken (160 cc)

8.0 mm BenzInjection (160 cc)

8.0 Mynä (over 200 cc)

You can choose to include our fuel inlet (shut-off valve bypass/delete) so that you don’t need to use the plastic shut off that is prone to leak and fail.

Your pump will be built in house. It’s disassembled, cleaned, prepared and reassembled with bigger performance elements. Then, it is mounted on our test bench where it is phased and calibrated. Depending on our build queue it could take a couple of days or weeks.

We include the pump to block gasket. A lift pump will not be included, as you probably already have one on your original pump. If you need one, you can buy one HERE. It is highly recommended to change your fuel filter when installing new fueling components.

If you choose a 7.5 or 8.0 element, you’ll need either a Stage 4 ECU or a DSL1 to take advantage of the extra fuel. We offer a free DSL1 file for our 8.0 element pump.

You are not required to send us a core pump, as this is an outright sale. But if possible, once you receive your built pump, please send us a core. Once we receive your core(s), you’ll be refunded the following:

$350 for OM603 and 1995 OM606

$250 for OM602

$300 for OM617 M

$100 for OM606 and OM605 EDC

The internal components (elements, valves, springs, etc…) and proper function of our injection pumps have a lifetime warranty. The gaskets and seals have a 6 month warranty from date of delivery. Warranty is void if non-diesel fuel is found or there is tampering with the internals. The warranty is to the original purchaser only (non-transferable).
