At mustang we take pride in crafting precision carbon fiber parts for luxury vehicles. Due to the custom and high-performance nature of our products, we have the following policies to ensure fairness and quality control.

1. Returns & Exchanges
– Accepted Within: [90] days of delivery.
– Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
-Non-Returnable:
– Custom/made-to-order parts (unless defective).
– Installed or modified items.
– Products with visible wear or damage.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item to our facility (customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error).

2. Refunds

– Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within [5–10] business days after we receive and inspect the item.
– Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to the original payment source; processing times vary by provider.
– Restocking Fee:A [10–20%] fee may apply for non-defective returns.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue.
– We’ll cover return shipping and provide a free replacement or full refund.

4. Order Cancellations

– Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
